I don't officiate football and never have, I played but that's were it ended with football. I will tell you that you can make money officiating if your able to make it far enough such as Divsion 1 womens or mens collegiate basketball or proffesional, i.e. NBA or WNBA. However, I'm not going to give you any delusions, I have never seen a female football official. I'm not saying that there haven't been any, but, none that I know or about or have gone to a lucrative football officiating career. Most of the females that have made it with reference to lucrative career are officiating women's divsion 1 college basketball or professional. But don't let my comments discourage you, because there has to be a first so that others can follow and maybe your'e it.
