    That's something you have to take up with Talk Admin as to why you are in that status and if they can restore your full privileges. The mods do not have control over that; I don't even know how it's done.

    Hey Kevin, Im sorry about not noticing the message you left me regarding the USB ports...
    To enter the Bios setup menu will vary from one computer manufacture to another..
    Usually, it's either the function 2 (F2) at the top of the keyboard or it's the small " del ", which is in the group of buttons that have the "page down", "insert"... You can tell me the manufacture of your PC and we can go from there.

    Usually, depending on the manufacture of the computer, you would hit the designated key once the logo of the computer manufacture shows up (If it's DELL, the logo that displays a couple seconds before the Windows backdrop shows.)
