Thanks for your level headed approach. The very unfortunate incident in Chas Village really incites the frothing of the mouth crew. If you only read and believe what they say, then Baltimore is no different than a 3rd world, violent slum. Of course, we recognize that its problems (and strengths) are a lot more complex than the "shoot from the hip" crowd would lead everyone to believe. Its just such a narrow way to look at things. Are there vioent thugs on the streets that should be behind bars? Of course, and its a real tragedy that the perps had a record. But the hyperbole is out of control.
