I've been here just about six weeks and each day is a pleasure... kinda slow getting everything in it's place (because I have sooo much stuff) but the comfort level can't be beat~

I wouldn't do the commute...but as somebody who lives down here...there's some nice places to live within a much easier drive or bus or train. Sometimes change can be a good experience.
