  1. Experience the War of 1812's 'Battle of North Point' at CCBC's O'er the Ramparts - Sept. 12-14. Go to CCBC Dundalk for an evening of music, and pageantry as CCBC celebrates Baltimore County history. More than two years in the planning, CCBC has created an original patriotic musical pageant O’er the Ramparts that will premiere at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13 and at 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 14 in the John E.   2. There are going to be smaller celebrations of Battle of North Point history at North Point State Park Sat., Sept. 6th and Sun., Sept. 7th, 2014. Where you can extend your trip by visiting Fort Howard for Defenders Day events in the Baltimore County Park there, because transportation to and from the Fort will be available at N.
