  1. Bill is an outgoing type of guy... so am I... Hillary is not...
  2. I think Bill is a lot like me... had I been in the same situation and I was told she was coming to the same airport at the same time I was leaving... you can be sure I'd have stuck around to say a few words to her... it's just the way I am... and I'd hope those I'd stick around to meet, would do the same for me... to hell with what people think or say... they're gonna say it anyway... and my friends are my friends... and you can't stop people from believing whatever they want to believe... and running their mouths... screw 'em... I have several friends here at SunSpot that is I knew they were close by where I was... I'd do my very best to get up with them...
  3. Didn't say Bill wasn't smart... he was, in many ways... but Hillary was smarter... intellectually... Bill was more politically savvy but she had the brains... she wasn't nears as good as him politically... and like I said, I'm not real sure Bill even wanted her to win... I think he had had enough of it...
  4. That ole saying... It seems to no longer be a question of "if"... but "when"...
  5. Hillary is smarter than Bill... Bill has more charisma/personality... her biggest problem was... her voice... shrill as hell... (I couldn't even stand to hear her)... and I'm not even sure Bill wanted to see her elected... I think he was... and is... sick of Washington and politics... I think they'd both rather stay above the fray... and do other things... can you blame him?...
  6. Have been for years... sometimes up to as much as 60% of them... Presidential elections have only winners and losers...
  7. I agree... as long as the candidate abides by those Party views...
  8. With regard to the election results, the vote is "lost" or "wasted"... with regard to messages sent and Party building it is not... my work for the Clinton campaign last year was not "lost" or "wasted"... my vote on election day was... we only had "winners" and "losers" in the final results, you know...
  9. I'd pretty much have to agree...
  10. In the final result... yes...
  11. If you're basing that on his speech before the U.N. leading up to the Iraq war... that had to be my most disappointing moment for Colin Powell... I believe "W" used him... but he did allow himself to be used...
  12. I don't think you'll find any Party with whom you believe 100%...
  13. Same here...
  14. It could be Powell next time...
  15. Which is why I voted for Clinton...
