    Default Leatherheads

Mrs Freelander and I ventured out over the weekend and saw this funny flick.

It was very enjoyable to say the least. Yes, it helps if you're a football fan going in, but it's very entertaining for anyone. I won't say it was one of those 'laugh so hard your sides hurt' movies, but it had a few hilarious moments, and was very well acted all around.

Two thumbs up from the Freelander household!

    A movie depicting football of
the early 20th century is a good
    idea.

I wonder if the producers of Leatherheads
thought depicting it in slapstick comedy
style was the only way to sell it to modern
    audiences.

I would personally like to see a biopic
of someone like Red Grange (The Galloping
    Ghost).

I'd love to see that as well....this movie was simply funny and entertaining.
