    In light of his doubles accomplishment, what kinds of nicknames could we call Brian Roberts. Not much else to really talk about now.

    What is with the nicknames? Why do people force nicknames on players? Nicknames are great when it comes about naturally and spontaneously, but it's lame when you sit and try to think up a nickname. And the whole 'first initial-first syllable' naming scheme is about as lame as it gets... A-Rod, B-Rob... ugh.

    Just having some fun. Nickname was clearly in the title and easy for you to avoid the thread if so inclined.
