Marketing agency?

Can anyone recommend a good medium sized marketing agency in the Baltimore area that could do some web work/analytics etc? Preferrably something that isn't a fly-by-night?

THere seem to be a lot of places that are home businesses on the web, but I'm looking for something a little more stable and proven...and could handle all of my work if I need them to...
