Found it encouraging that House Republicans are "retreating" in Inner Harbor. I feel like a lucky Marylander because of Baltimore Harbor and National Harbor. Brings Atlantic Ocean closer to home. Also the importance of the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac.

I remember my first visit to Crisfield in 1949. The Automobile Ferry. Sometimes it was faster to go up to Delaware and around the entire H20 to get to Crisfield. And of course we're the extension of Capitol Hill in my own life.
