Do you think it's OK to park in a spot that someone dug out?

I still have trouble picturing this. How were these "same people" able to move their cars, which were presumably in a snow-filled parking spot, to one that was clear without shoveling out? If they were able to get out without shoveling, one would think that you could pull into such a spot without shoveling. I have heard that the physics of Bizarro Planet are a little different than the ones here on Earth, though.

Btw, I just heard on the news this morning that Madame Empress Queen Mayor Stephanie finally decided to begin upholding the law again. She's back to saying that the practice of putting debris in the street is illegal. I hope the people who put out trash cans with their house address on them are the first to get ticketed. I won't hold my breath, though.

Who knows.

I park in a garage downtown. No shovelling my spot there to park and go to work. I've been to the mall, the grocery store, and Target. No shovelling there, either. I haven't been visiting anyone at their home. No place to park. So some of us are able to go about our daily routine while only having to shovel out at home.

So you're saying that some people wait in a garage or parking lot downtown for someone else to clear the parking spaces in their neighborhood? Is there some kind of traffic cam on their home street that they can check online, or do they simply get a phone call from a friend or family member letting them know that a freshly-cleared parking spot is available to "steal"?

Bottom line is that the city streets are not private, reserved parking.

She's saying she knows her "limits" when it snows.

Her "limits" are to go to work where there is no need to shovel, go shopping where there is no need to shovel and go home where she shoveled and no one else is allowed to squat or benefit from the hard work that she put into making sure she can get out to all of the other places where there is no snow.

Or something like that?

If I spend hours digging my car out and someone is inconsiderate enough to park in that spot, I won't damage your car, but you would have to dig it out after I buried it.

There was not even any snow in LA.
