Shoestring budget, no name actors, looks like someone is trying to make a district 9 clone. Somehow I doubt they catch the same lightning in a bottle but you never know.

Well independance day was a big budget, big name actors, big name director summer blockbuster.

I was thinking more along the lines of production and marketing, not plot.

Yeah its def. more war of the worlds or independence day if you are talking script. Getting killed by the critics too.
