The prosecution is making a statement that she was "uncomfortable" around him, and this may prove otherwise.
Anything that can cast doubt upon anything stated by the prosecution will help the defense.

She was having incestuous sex with her sister and 2 guys which is disgusting and makes her less sympathetic to jury.
The SA was probably going to go with some angle that the guy dating her sister wanted her and she shot him down so in a jealous rage he killed her; since she is on video having sex with him that's out the window.
This took a year to arrest and the guys lawyer told him NOT to talk to the police unless he was there so I'm guessing this guy was smart and said nothing to the police and a city jury will not convict.

With a sister like Deena (devil), Phylicia Barnes didn't stand a chance. I believe they got her high as a kite and started using her.

No, The SA will most likely take the obvious angle that the video shows an intoxicated minor who is being sexually abused by someone her care was entrusted to and others. That she was killed to conceal the many crime commited against her by her half sister and her half sister's friends.

I served on a jury on a rape of minor case, guy did it to 2 diffrent minors but we weren't allowed to know about the second case. What shocked me was all the males on the jury knew he was guilty and we had to spend hours convincing a couple older women who were dead set on finding this guy not guilty. If I was the defense attorney I would want to stack the jury with older women, they might think she wasn't abused and the guy had no reason to kill her.

Phylicia Barnes sex tape may be played publicly at murder trial
If Baltimore prosecutors want to show jurors a video of teenage murder victim Phylicia Barnes and the man accused of killing her engaged in "sexual relations," they must do so in open court, a city judge has ruled.
The ruling, which denied a prosecution motion to close the court during the playing of the tape, came last week after one of three unlisted hearings, but appears in documents available at Baltimore Circuit Court. A public schedule had said a hearing would be held Tuesday.
It is not clear why prosecutors want to show the tape, or whether they still plan to show it following the ruling. Judge Alfred Nance has imposed a gag order prohibiting attorneys from discussing the case.
