Flacco will be on the bench inside of two years from now. Bank on it buddy and you will be saying it's about time. The skills he lacks are the ones that can't be coached into him. You can't coach a guy not to panic, you can't coach a guy not to go into a shell when he makes mistakes. Can't be done. All you can do is hope he comes out of it. Not going to happen with Flacco.

I explicitly remember seeing Peyton Manning panic and go into a shell during all of those playoff losses to the Patriots.

You want reality? Here it is. Flacco is a slightly above average QB that can help this team beat bad to mediorce teams in the league, but struggles to beat average and good teams consistently and has yet to beat an elite team in the playoffs (i.e. division leader) I am excluding KC because the AFC west was a lousy division. This is the truth and most of you koolaid drinking fools know it, but because we have had ugly QBs for so long you look at a homely one as if he was a beauty queen. Wake the hell up!

Also stop whinning to me about wanting to see a player hurt. I would bet more than half you clowns were happy a few years ago when Ray Lewis broke Mendanhall's arm. Most of you want to see someone decapitate Hines Ward. Save your BS for someone else.

Peyton Manning failed to beat elite teams for years in the playoffs. I guess he should have been kick to the curb too?

I've said all along that Joe is not the problem and that I'd like to see him have an entire season with a really creative OC, not Cam. Having said that, he has yet to step up in a postseason game against a very good team. His performances against Pitt and Indy have been very poor. He's 0-9 vs Ben and Manning overall.

But while his performance wasn't great when it came down to it he threw a TD pass that Boldin should have caught, and a 4th down conversion that TJ should have caught. Both were huge plays in deciding the outcome of the game.

If we hadn't of turned the ball over three times those plays would have been moot. Having said that, yes they screwed up each one of them once Flucko twice do the math.

Boldin should have caught the ball but 125 yards and a costly pick isn't going to cut it. We should have had the game salted away way before the last gasp pass to Housh. Our chances of getting a TD in those last seconds was pretty near zero, IMO.

Yes Flacco threw a pick and botched a snap which we really can't tell who's fault it was however, it's hard to believe that he was the reason Ray Rice fumbled. Regardless of the turnovers the game was still in hand and while Flacco made the play the receivers didn't. So you do the math.

You're right it's not going to cut it but if TJ catches that pass it's a min left with the ball on the 35. I believe it was 34 seconds left earlier in the season when they scored the game winning TD from close to the same area. If Boldin would have caught that TD the game would have been within 3pts assuming Pitt still scores that TD. 1st down with the ball at the 35 only needing about 10yds for good fg range is reasonable.

You can't have the game in hand when everyone's butt hole is sewed tight on offense becuase of the previous mistakes. The Boldin miss should have been caught but that was a tough catch for anybody period. Looking back at the play I can't see a reason why it was thrown that low to begin with. I have no excuse to offer for TJ's miss except he was shocked Flucko threw him the ball. You could probably say the same for Boldin.

So Rice's fumble was Joe's fault? Birk snaps the ball into his ***** before Joe is ready, and it is Joe's fault! Yes he threw a bad pass to Heap that was picked off, but to say all the offensive woes were Joe's fault is just crazy! Then cut Webb, Reed, and everyone else on D that let Ben throw that pass on the 3rd and 19 play! Cut Ngata for allowing 2 rushing TD's! Since he is suppose to be the best DT in the league! Cut Ray for letting Miller catch his TD!!! And whoever was covering Ward! You will never have a great team if you cut guys after every bad loss!!! Go follow some other team!

That's BS. I bet you Heap would have made that catch or Ward for that matter. He was falling down big deal, the ball hit him between the numbers and he should have caught it. Shocked or not they should have caught the ball.

Joe should have not thrown and interception. Joe should have not ran out of bounds causing a sack. Joe should have not gotten scared and thrown that screen pass in the dirt.

Aren't you the same idiot who said Troy Smith was never given a shot and he would be a great QB and better than Flacco?

Boldin should not have dropped that pass, Housh should not have dropped the pass, Rice should not have fumbled the ball, Birk should not have made that bad snap. It was team loss, not just one player.

And the defense shouldn't have given up a 3rd and 19, Yanda shouldn't have gotten abused, McGahee shouldn't have got smashed. Wake up last I checked there was 21 other starters playing the game.
