Does anyone know of any cupcakeries or bakeries in the area (preferably Towson or Parkville) that sell cupcakes individually over the counter?

There's Yia Yia's bakery on Route 7 in Rosedale/Nottingham/White Marsh (they all blend together and I have no idea exactly which town you're in there).
It's at the intersection of Philadelphia Road and King Ave.
They also have an awesome day-old section where everything is a dollar.
I've gotten everything from croissants, whole loaves of bread, doughnuts and cinnamon rolls (one of which I ate this morning).

Why not a grocery store? They have some cute creative cupcakes. I always like the giant blue creature cupcake.
