As a teenager I once got jumped by a group of blacks. I also once got jumped by a group of whites. Lesson learned, don't trust a group of anyone.

Just blacks for me. Typical behavior in Baltimore. Luckily i fought my way out. Once they realized i wasn't gonna go down they bolted like the chumps they are.

It's not black culture that's sick. There are certainly elements intertwined with black culture...like various aspects of hip-hop culture that are truly sick. I've mentioned the materialism and glorification of violence as examples here relatively often. Of course I've also said that this culture was borne out of a larger American culture where violence is often glorified. It's all true. If you consider that "blaming others" so be it.

Apparently you only pay attention when you want to...and I love how you basically pointed the finger at me for this woman's beating while claiming I'm the one that's looking to lay blame... Twisted logic indeed....

I agree that labeling it "black culture" is overly broad, because it sure as hell doesn't include the great Louis Armstrong, Bill Cosby, or Colin Powell. But it sounds like we have a consensus that there is a gang/hip hop element that is violent and noxious. And this noxious strain of culture seems to spill across racial lines.

All whites must stand ready to make personal sacrifices in the interest of racial diversity and multiculturalism. They will atone and feel better about themselves -- and should be grateful for the discipline administered by black people.

Very disturbing. I hope this woman survived...the reaction from the black staff...telling the girls to run before they got caught is equally as disturbing as the violence itself. Inner city black culture is toxic, decayed, corrupt and void of morality - I'm not so sure there isn't a theme they've been fed that whitey deserves this sort of treatment and it's their right to whenever possible and it presents itself to commits acts of random violence without guilt or repercussion. Sick...

When incidents like this happen -- and there have been many of them lately -- one is hard-pressed to understand the phenomenon, except in terms of some serious defect in black culture.

The extreme anger, out-of-control histrionics, and brutal violence inflicted on a defenseless victim are very disturbing in and of themselves. The reactions of the McDonald's employees who stood by and watched, then encouraged the attackers to flee before the police arrived, are equally disturbing.

When liberals are inclined to whine about "racism" or "profiling", they should be reminded of incidents like this.

Let's turn this around: In the worst days of the civil rights movement, when black churches were being bombed and civil rights activists slain, how would you have felt if a white bigot had written that these incidents were providing justification for black racists "to feel, well, justified"?

I did not mak an ad hominem attack on those who object to such violence. I object to such violence, so does spanky et al. I attacked the white bigots using this as an excuse to justify their bigotry.
