    Actually Warren Brown was the lawyer for the murderer. He lost the case.

    Follow up: The first shooter Ryan Mackenzie McLean was given two life sentences yesterday, Elrich Delona Smith the second shooter goes on trial November 13th.

    The system is working.

    Good for the system. Let's hope they both live the rest of their lives in jail. It doesn't always work that way. Death penalty would assure that neither causes any trouble ever again.
