Ok that made me laugh...no you're not gay...do you like Broadway, Glee and Idina Mendzel then you might be! hahahaha

Seriously my daughters and I LOVE X Factor because most of my CDs have LA Reid's name on them! hahaha The one thing I enjoy about X factor is I bet You Tube has been blowing up with kids like my daughters checking the original songs to verify when I say "She's off key HEART BLEW the h@ out of that song or He sounds just like the lead singer of The Eagles!" Simon knows his music so when he said "She forgot the words" in the first seconds he was dead on!!! My daughter's laughed how many songs I knew just from the first few bars.

Like when contestants sang the song JHud blew for the commercial and Michael Buble BLEW on David Foster's PBS Special. I LOVE music so I enjoy watching the truly talented unknown gems get their shot and not has been judges using the show to promote THEMSELVES!!!!

Several people who should be in finals is girl who sounded much better than Beyonce singing "Listen," shy girl who BLEW Mary J Blidge, blonde girl who rearranged Motown and sounded GREAT, country duo, and guy who reminds me of Train (or Five for Fighting) lead singer who struggled prof for years!!! There was one group audition in which EVERYONE sounded GREAT (wasn't Whitney group, off key but judge Nicole showed she could BLOW Nippy!!! hahaha) 14yr old boy rapper (my daughter's think B more girl rapper was much better) is too arrogant and not cute. He needs to get his a@ back in school GRADUATE and humble himself before he makes Taylor Swift richer one day....OUCH hahahaha!

    Great post !

The 14 yr old rapper has been told so many times by parents how cute he is he thinks that we think he's cute too. He's arrogant, irksome and probably going home to night. He doesn't realize that the element of luck is probably more important than talent which in his case I did not find too remarkable.

The girl who sang the Beyonce song ? whew...gave me goose bumps. The 14 year old girl who did the change to Justin Beiber's 'Baby,Baby' , Truly talented.

    Siamese ?

The 49 yr old guy influenced by James Brown...going home.

Like you I love seeing new and promising talent get a shot.

p.s. Thanks for the gender support !
