Nah. Mom died in '91 so in '96, when we hadn't eaten with them since she died, we invited them to our home. When they got ready to leave I laughed and said that in 5 years the next one's on you guys. Well, the years went by as years do. We usually ate at home but occasionally going to the in-laws. This year, we rented my nephew's place in OC. When I took the key back, he asked me what we were doing for T'giving. The rest will be history tomorrow.

We're again having dinner at 2, supposedly.

It was nice. I actually told him what I said about him here. We laughed.

You might like to listen to this episode of The Story with Dick Gordon about a woman who grew up with a large extended Italian family.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Dinner was at hubby's sister's home this year. Warthog still likes the fresh turkey. He went early with my stepson and the rest of us met up later.
    My children are my legacy.
