Coincidentally, your last post was a week ago. Be part of the cure, not the disease!

The disease is self-inflicted and the cure is readily available. I cruise bye every week, or so. However, I have no desire to "pay to play". The Sun has the right to charge for this feature, and I can live with the limited number of hits allowed each month. If/when they review the success/profitability of their "by subscription" policy, I half suspect that they will abandon it. A ninety day review might be in order.

In the meantime, I have found good use for the time that I used to spend here.
    Season's Greetings to all,

But, do they care? When it was free, they got nothing, I guess it actually cost them, but regardless of how many paying members there are, they are getting more money now than they were before, because anything is more than zero.

I would think so, and that view, I guess it matters how many they have, but, I always wonder how that works, I mean I've never bought anything from any sort of ad on this site nor do I know anyone else who has--- but I guess its like the e-mail ads, SOMEONE must be buying all that viagra and penis enlargement products.

The Denver Post web site is doing fine w/o charging.

Must have something to do with better management.
