The "one" was long ago but they were getting ripped off so bad by the garbage they couldn't sustain. The latest, combination of bad management, internet competition and what else..... retirement benefits. Anything else you would like to know?

You're lucky, I was never a believer until a friends wife died a few years ago......... For the pennies it cost, no biggie during my 6 month checkups, no ill effects.

Bland - why the same question over and over. My Dad was regional manager for Sears when they closed the Mondawmin Mall store. It was closed because Security Square Mall opened and all the families that shopped at Mondawmin changed stores to Security Square Mall. Sears kept the store open a few years longer than they planned because the Sears Regional Office was in that store. Sears owned the building, built the office space there. I think some MD state office leases the space now from Kmart, Sears's parent company.
