No bias on my side, I have just been around long enough to know what all reasoned and sane minds know which is that a negotiated settlement and talking to each other is the only way that you will end up with a peaceful conclusion to any problem, especially between neighbors. You certainly can't kill them all, no matter how much you might want to do so.

Satellite images of an Iranian military facility appear to show trucks and earth-moving vehicles at the site, indicating an attempted cleanup of radioactive traces possibly left by tests of a nuclear-weapon trigger, diplomats told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

The assertions from the diplomats, all nuclear experts accredited to the International Atomic Energy Agency, could add to the growing international pressure on Iran over its nuclear program, which Tehran insists is for peaceful purposes.

Two of the diplomats said the crews at the Parchin military site may be trying to erase evidence of tests of a small experimental neutron device used to set off a nuclear explosion. A third diplomat could not confirm that but said any attempt to trigger a so-called neutron initiator could only be in the context of trying to develop nuclear arms.

Yeah and when we got to Iraq we found out that those "Mobile Biological Decontamination Vehilces" were FIRE TRUCKS! Ooooooh look at those hoses on the outside of the trucks and live in fear. We're all gonna die if we don't so something right now. Uh huh.......

On a historical foot note. Iraq's new Fire Trucks had no visible hoses on it's exterior. I kid you not. At least someone laerned a leason from that. It sure as hell wasn't us.

So don't show me pictures of bulldozers and fire trucks with a Rorschach interpretation. Show me the damned satellite geiger counter readings on that site. Uh huh.......

Interesting information. But there was no allegation of a full blown nuclear test, it was alleged to be a test of a neutron initiator. Presumably, that test would not be detectable from space.

If this is true that would indicate that they are going for the gun type weapon. Which is the current suspicion. That would require highly enriched 235-U. They would have to enrich to 80% at a minimum. 90% would be optimum. The gun type weapon is the easiest to build. But it's also the most dangerous to build and deliver. All it takes is one lil misstep. One lil mishap and they'll nuke themselves. The mushroom cloud rising up out of Iran will remove all doubt. The gun type bombs are not known for their stability. Also if they are using a neutron initiator. Because the radioactive material used in those has half lives of 60 - 140 days. Those aren't build to store. Like our gun type weapon Little Boy. They are build to use.

Without being able to detect a neutron initiator test. We can't disprove that it was a neutron initiator test. We also can't prove that it was a neutron initiator test. So all we have is pictures of bulldozers and trucks carting off dirt for any one of a million different Peaceful reasons.

Also if they were using Polonium then there is really not a whole lot of need for decontamination. It's commonly found in fertilizers. It's the build up of polonium in the tobacco leaf that causes lung cancer in smokers.
