You wrote that and then went on to say it Maher and others did worse. That was hardly and admission of making a mistake. That was just saying others do the same. Was it a mistake because of what Limbaugh said initially? Or because of the reaction to it? Is that the only thing he has said that was a mistake?

There may be times when this doesn't happen. I just have never seen it.

People are objecting to Limbaugh's conservative message, and that would be fine if they didn't inject lies and propaganda. People are free to boycott Limbaugh all they want, I don't believe it will hurt him all that much. It's sad though when people boycott him based on the lies and propaganda and scare tactics employed by a political group like Media Matters.
What in the world are you talking about with an exempt status? You're coming off as incredibly arrogant. Cool it a little.

You didn't say that you have personally noted in the comment I responded to, so it was quite logical to call you out on such a baseless statement. Additionally, I'd describe myself as generally liberal (not on all issues, but a fair number.) Does that mean you have observed me lying, and if so, about what? I take issue with people on either side painting with such a wide brush as you are by saying the liberals you have observed ALWAYS engage in lying.

As far as Rush goes, people aren't offended by the fact that Rush is conservative. What offends many about him is HOW he chooses to get his message across. Calling a young woman a **** because he disagrees with her stance on birth control is completely absurd, and thus makes him fair ground for a media witch hunt. You can't say those things on air and expect that there won't be a fallout. The exact same should be expected of any liberal commentator.

There are non so blind as those who will not see. I'll never be able to explain it to you.

No I have not observed you lying. I already criticized Rush for his comments on Sandra Fluke. He knows he went over the top, has apologized and lost two sponsors that I know of.

Under the circumstances I described and no other liberals always lie.

He made a big mistake. A big error in judgment. He knows he did, and he's apologized. The fact that others have done far worse does not excuse Rush.
I did most emphatically admit that Rush made a mistake.

And yes that is the only time that I am aware of that he was so mistaken and foolish. If you have others I'd be happy to listen.

What is it you're trying to explain to me? Your comment that liberals ALWAYS lie is clearly untrue. I was merely explaining why people don't like Rush, and its not because he's a conservative martyr.

If Limbaugh were in fact conservative, I would probably listen to him since I am fiscally conservative. But he is no conservative, no matter how many times he says he or anyone else says he is. He is a divisive political hack who criticizes others using half-truths and innuendos.

He will never run for office because that would mean that he would have to back up his rhetoric with facts, etc. He, like many other political hacks on any side of the political spectrum, is a coward who runs away and hides in his little studio when someone criticizes him or calls him out in yet another lie.

And that makes you a true conservative. I agree that Limbaugh does nothing but cater to an audience who wants to hear his socially conservative message (as Maddow does for social liberals.) I wish Republicans could move away from the social conservatives and get back to their roots. We clearly need to reel in spending, but its going to be a cold day in hell before I vote for someone who wants my partner and I to even be stripped of our domestic partnership rights.

You obviously have never listened to his show more than once, if then.

See how you can't even answer a simple question? Cut it with the arrogance, there is no reason for it. If you have something to say, say it. If you can't refute my points like an adult, move on.

I did answer the question you just refused to read or comprehend the answer. I have no arrogance. You choose to label me as arrogant when in actuality I was just trying to be nice to you. I was trying to be respectful of you. I had no arrogance in my heart.

You need to check the way you address people, because you most certainly came off as arrogant. I'm moving along, no sense in discussing this further.

Not very graceful but, fine; but as I said, "Under the circumstances I described and no other liberals always lie."

So yes, I'm asking to cross over and, if they can stomach it — I know it's a difficult thing to do to vote for a Clinton — but it will sustain this soap opera, and it's something I think we need. It would be fun, too."

Why? Because I don't worship a blowhard? I haven't listened to him for years, but have listened to his radio and TV show in the past. Really, if your heard him once, that's all one would need to understand he is full of BS. Some people waste their time listening to him. I have better things to do than to listen to the several blowhards on the radio who tell you how important they are, etc.

Berfore Fluke the sky was the limit now Rush knows he had better be careful of what he says as he may not be so luck with one more of those tirades.

Thank you Rush for showing America your leadership of the GOP in the War Against Women's Rights. The Democrats thank you and appreciate the votes you've dumped on them for November.

There is no war against women's rights. Just more manufactured propaganda from the Liar in chief.
