Pictures on the internet attempting to make Trayvon out to be some kind of thug that turn out to be fake... drudging up the pot suspension that is completely irrelevant to the case. Every attempt is being made to portray this kid as someone Zimmerman had every right to be afraid of. I call it smearing because all this crap they are bringing up has absolutely nothing to do with what happened the night Trayvon was killed... absolutely nothing. Sure, character is important, but only those aspects of their character related to the incident at hand.

I think Temp is blinded by his emotions, and maybe a little too much drink. When that happens, posts deteriorate into errors and false bravado. This sort of issue can bring out the worst in us. I know, I was banned for a month when I fell into that trap.

True, some awful things have been said about Zimmerman, and that's not right either. But, if Zimmerman is being painted as guilty he has the Sanford PD to thank for that cause they are doing everything in their power to make it look like they are covering something up.

Who's selling the cracker t-shirts? That's just plain stupid. Honestly I'm not as outraged about Zimmerman because he's still alive. He shot another person dead and as of yet hasn't had to answer for that so no I'm not as outraged. For some folks it's not enough that Trayvon is dead they have to try and make it seem as though he had it coming so yeah that pisses me off a bit more.

Here in Baltimore, and around the nation, some legislative members are wearing hoodies in support, when they know as little about this as we do. Thousands (who also know very little) are in the streets, their minds as solidified in ignorance as their right wing Zimmerman defenders.

Nothing happened after the altercation. Zimmerman was going to his car, Martin attacked him, and Martin was killed during the altercation, according to Zimmerman's version.

I am not buying any of that story. In any case it is far more likely that if there was a fight, Trayvon was engaged in a "pre-emptive" strike out of fear of this vigilante nut case. As his girlfriend seemed to indicate. If you think for one minute that Zimmerman was silent during his stalking of Trayvon I have a bridge to sell you. If I was Trayvon I'd be scared sh$%less.

A homicide took place. The stand your ground law does not apply in this case. The homicide should be investigated and Zimmerman arrested and given a fair trial.

Failing to do so only throws gasoline on the fire as the New Black Panther Party exemplifies.
