On the one hand this killing draws nationwide outrage including comments from the president and yet on the other, in Chicago, the presidents home town, nothing in the death of this young girl. Where's the outage over this violence.

Where is the outrage over the number of members of the black community murdered in Baltimore City this year or in years past.
