When Nike cries. That's when.

Nike won a temporary restraining order Wednesday night that stops Reebok from selling or manufacturing any Tim Tebow-related products.

Judge P. Kevin Castel of the Southern District of New York issued the order, saying that a preliminary injunction hearing will take place April 4 in New York City.

Nike went to court Wednesday claiming Reebok International Ltd. used Tebow's name on Jets-related apparel without permission since it was announced last week that Tebow was traded from the Denver Broncos to New York.

The Tebow trade occurred just before Nike replaces Reebok Sunday as the supplier of NFL team uniforms.
So, Nike is mad that they didn't get the windfall from the Tebow trade, and they found some judge to issue an injunction against Reebok. The hearing doesn't occur until after Reebok's contract runs out. How convenient.

Are they crying about Broncos Peyton Manning jersey's, too?
