I've never been attacked by a white person or Hispanic while playing sports in my earlier years. But I've been hit, pushed and called plenty of names by black players. Just stating a fact. There is something there.

When it said 'soccer' I thought oh well at least she won't be black ? I sometimes wonder if violence isn't somehow genetic in many of my brothers and sisters.Is it nature or nurture ? I guess I tend to think it's more nurture than nature because I know so many black people who are not violent but even among them many are high strung and emotionally reactive to even the smallest slight. So much of the violence I read about or see on TV more often than not involves black people usually as the perpetrators. I wish we were as vocal about our violence as we are about other peoples (races) violence against us. Imagine That !

Sometimes I think that Sharpton and Farrakhan have cornered the market on the culture of victimization, and then I come on here and realize that none of them can hold a candle to a conservative, white, christian, middle-class male. Again, there was no "fight" here. There was an attack and an assault upon a victim. But in the future, if there ever is a video of a white attacking and beating a hapless black, I will wait for you to call it a "fight" and say that it's not newsworthy. My hunch is I will have to wait a long time.
