It's not a hate crime say police. So we can all go back and pretend this never happened. No doubt the police and society woult think a group of whites attacking a drunk black man not a hte crime, and a drunken opportunity crime

Political correctness is a cancer that makes people deny fact and reality.
This is not a hate crime. There's no proof, at all, of any racial animus behind it.
Just picking on a drunk guy. It's criminal assault, but not a federal hate crime. The saddest part is that nobody tries to help him. For many crimes, you can say 'what a sick, twisted individual' -- here, you've gotta say "what a sick, twisted group of people".
No hate crime, but a crime of opportunity by a group of knuckleheads. It could have been anyone they thought they could take advantage of.
The white police officer's son in Sanford Florida who sucker punched a black guy for no reason and then wasn't arrested for assault until the community complained, wasn't considered a hate crime.
really? There were women and smaller men there, why weren't they attacked instead? BTW - the Sun and many others omit the sexual assault that took place... Yes, dry humping someone is RAPE as well as stripping someone naked is a sex crime... If this had men doing it to a woman.....
The fact they posted this online doesn't show hate? Or attempt to humiliate?
Again this shows the idiocy of hate crime laws.
So because they didn't say anything?
So if someone say found someone who appears to be homosexual, based upon mannerisms, the way the speak, etc, then beat him up and rob him, film it, then post it online, so long as they didn't say anything anti gay, it's not a hate crime, despite the intent to humiliate the person with the video?
Question for libs:
Where do you think their antisocial personalities came from, the results of conservatism or liberalism? i bet you they felt entitled to his stuff. Where does that come from?
And then I ask you liberals, what's it called when you do the same thing over and over again but expecting different results?
Dieser Weg wird kein leichter sein; dieser Weg wird steinig und schwer.
Nicht mit vielen wirst du dir einig sein, doch dieses Leben bietet so viel mehr. --Xavier Naidoo
Wasn't there a bus beating not that long ago where a bunch of black youths beat a white girl and once again it wasn't a hate crime, just a coincidence?
Liberal cities keep on proving what a joke hate crime laws are.
Dry humping is Rape??? There go the lap dances![]()
I checked Aaron Parson's judiciary case search and still no arrest. I wonder what they are waiting for.

They know who punched him and stole the first item. They are (of course) sure it was not a hate crime but Bealfield says a crime was committed and they know who did it. Yet no arrest.
Tell me beating, stripping naked and sexually humilating someone isn't a crime of hate, then I would like to know what is.
If it was just your normal drop and rob, they wouldn' have spent all that time enjoying themselves.
Pure hate is what I saw on the video.
Why isn't posting the video a hate crime? Isn't the deliberate humiliation someone an act of hatred? T hey seemed to really enjoy humiliating someone. And this isn't a hate crime?
Doesn't this prove, the last straw, of the absurdity of hate crime laws? Then add in the maple syrup swastikas in the California case?
Well seems to me Bealfield doesn't want to spark a modern day race riot. Honestly it's a legitimate concern given the type of people who live in the city.
Not a hate crime but an act of "Hating" as the youth say
"Hating" = jealousy
The cowards were "hating" while the guy was receiving his dance, unfortunately while intoxicated and dancing, the Arlington guy presented a vulnerability and the cowards capitalized. Approaching as the Arlington guy did is leading up to a dual and the coward struck first.
