It has already been proven that what 'Bristol' says has no actual bearing on the games that are played on the field and the results there of. I have no issue with any player trying to negotiate more money. I do the same where I work. And no, we don't have a salary cap here, but we do have a budget. I want as much as they are willing to pay me. No one is going to give you anything unless you speak up.

I think he's getting paid over 7 mil this year. He certainly was not worth that last year. He should be happy with what he has. Add to that who knows when he's retiring? Concentrate on Joe and Ray. IMO

Ed is a HOFer but he has injury problems. THey need to get younger and cheaper in that position. This is his last year in Baltimore. Maybe he can get a title and retire.
