Thanks for your interpretation Dirty Frank, but it's not accurate. The purpose of the thread I started was to get some conversation going on the silliness of letting pre-conceived notions and conventional "wisdom" override what you're seeing with your eyes on a given day. If a pitcher is doing well (starter or reliever), leave him in the game. It's amazing that a concept so simple and so obvious can be controversial.
I recall last season there was a great deal of discontent expressed by posters in those cases where BS pulled the pitcher and the reliever blew the game. Apparently, neither you nor Guru were concerned with those losses. I commend you both for the consistency of your views.
