Does white hispanic still qualify for affirmative action and minority scholarships?
If Hispanics as an ethnicity are eligible, then it probably doesn't matter what their race is. And what, prey tell, does this have to do with the topic?

If I change my last name to something hispanic sounding, can I be considered hispanic for AA and scholarship purposes?
What has changed since Ehrlich was Governor and Bush was President? Did the "cages" get miraculously open when they left their respective offices?
I didn't realize governors and presidents were responsible for caging people.

But, you can do some good for society by getting together with your "non racist" friends and petition the networks to stop pointing the camera at Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson every time there is an issue in the black community. They'll go away after a while of no spotlights.
