I guess he figures that audience won't know any better or care if he lies. As long as he tells them what they want to hear.

Lol, pass the popcorn. He is a filthy liar
I can understand a little shading of the truth but this guy is out and out lying.
Willard has taken mendacity to a level previously unseen in presidential politics.
What is the difference between a flip-flopper and a liar?
Obama Biden the Truth Team. That was only lie I recognized and this was the ending.
Anybody but Obama.
Lets see Obama run on his record and then breakout the BS meter.![]()
Mitt lied about pretty much everything.

If he keeps that lying up they won't leave a place for him in that big Mormon spaceship in the sky!
He spent his whole time trying to slam the President and never once talked about his own stance on gun control. In fact he only mention the word "gun" one time.

Same thing was true about Bush sr. He got crucified by Clinton and Carville for it, and rightly so. Don't make promises to get elected that you can't keep. When I support a candidate because of what he promised, I don't expect him to go back on that promise for any reason. Republicans held out for the balanced budget amendment in budget talks, but Obama didn't cave. So the tax cuts weren't as destructive as he originally stated I guess.![]()
Has there ever been a POTUS who hasn't broken 'any' campaign promises? That seems like an impossibly high standard. Presidents aren't kings. They have limits to what they can get done while in office. Some things are beyond their control.
Like I said on a different thread, Presidents have to govern. Campaign promises will inevitably be broken. Compromises have to be made in order to govern. Its only a matter of which broken promises we can accept or not accept.
Are you saying that you're disappointed that Obama caved on the tax cuts?
Two completely different negotiations. Budget talks happened last summer. The Bush tax cut extension happened in December of 2010.
"Mitchum" accusing someone of lying. That's really pretty frickin' hilarious.![]()
It's hilarious that you can't prove him wrong.
