No love for Tyrod?
From today's Sun:
http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/r...,5873457.storyAnd finally, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported today that the Ravens are one of three teams interested in former Pittsburgh Steelers backup quarterback Dennis Dixon. The Ravens have maintained that they are very high on current backup Tyrod Taylor, who was their only other quarterback all of last season. Dixon and Taylor bring simililar skill sets, although Dixon obviously has more NFL experience, starting three games for Pittsburgh in four years.
No need.
there is no harm in trying to get one in the later rounds. i do think we need a veteran to back up JOE
Pats drafts Tom Brady during the peak of Drew Blesode's career. I think the year the Ravens drafted Chris Redmen.
We should go after Russell Wilson in the mid rounds. He is a gifted athlete unlike Moore, and a proven winner who has carried his team.
Braven
Yes. They should.
Well they're not
They don't need a young QB they already have one. What they need is a solid vet to perform clipboard duty.
Who are you talking about?Curt Painter? If so....never loved or disliked him either way. He is what he is.....career backup likely destined to be a journey man.
Now I admit I thought we could win last year early on despite him.....but once I saw we were in the driver's seat for AL I figured it didn't matter anymore. Anyway he's your issue now....and probably not for long. I will be shocked if he lasts beyond exhbition season.
