It's proved he was being bullied, the school did nothing. He was defending himself.

Give me a break. If he was a black gay muslim who was being bullied by a racist islamophobe homophobe, libs would be throwing hissyfits if this kid got suspended for defending himself.

I agree. My 8 yr old has instructions from me to tell a teacher first and give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. If that doesn't work, handle your business and dad's got your back.

Thats what the couple in the article did too but since the school did nothing on their end it didn't matter. The school administration is at fault on this one.

This is why PC sissies shouldn't be allowe din the school system. They'll expec tthe kid to take it until he klls himself, then they'll make a youtube video or a motion picture about him, after it's too late. So they punish him for preserving his self respect.
