    There is an old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case that is a very appropriate statement.

    An absolute disgrace. They got what they voted for or in this case the three that showed up to vote.

    Plenty of blame to go around, particularly for the people who think they can just throw their trash on the street or down a storm sewer.

    Matt:

    At what point do you finally say enough is enough. I remember an award winning documentary entitled The Thin Blue Line where a NY City cop said the drug business keep he citizens sedated and less agitated.

    Have we written the city off or just choose to ignore it because of the grief it would cause to deal with it?
