Three non-residents quoted, two of whom are on the list of those banned from the property, and one of them freely acknowledges that he returns the property, spends time on it, pretty much at will, so he and the other one are trespassers every time they set foot upon the property. The two incidents cited in the article would not have occurred had the trespassers simply not gone on the premises, as they are legally barred from doing.
I have a suggestion for the residents who don't like the security there--- move.
