How did Obama break the oath he took. You may think he does a poor job and the prescribed consequence is to vote him out or impeech him. In the Military it is a less than honorable discharge!

As has been noted, the Marine didn't just "criticize" the president. He said he wouldn't obey the commander in chief's orders. And he was warned by his superiors to stop, several times. How can anyone possibly argue that he shouldn't be discharged?
