I never belittle fellow posters for simply disagreeing with me. I always belittle posters who wrap up their opinions with personal insults. I feel such folks lack the capacity to disagree without being disagreeable and they belittle themselves with their poor manners.

I don't think that the certain someone denied that they ever were one, but rather that they weren't one at 19 year old.

It's entirely possible.

Sometimes the dick gene lies dormant for a while.

In other instances, dickishness develops over time.

I cannot testify as to the dick level of our resident troll in chief prior to ~15 years ago.

Before then, he might have been a paragon of virtue. A veritible mountain of what is good in the world.

you know...now that you mention it, I remember reading dick studies about the dick gene. It's not as if there's a dick journal, but the dick gene is has been explored. indeed, studies suggests a person can be a perfectly wonderful humanitarian, but after exposure to a dick or dick-like qualities, they begin to emulate them. In some cases, a person will seek out opportunities to exert their new dick habits.

keep in mind that my use of the work dick includes the act of being a dick or exhibiting dick-like qualities. Like the studies I read, it saves time if you just type "dick", rather than "he was acting like a dick" or "dickishness exudes from him".

being a dick can take on many forms. some folks will go to a public place to display their dick (again, this means dick-like qualities).

I remember when Will Clark was with the O's. He struck out in an RBI situation, and went back to the dugout to show his dick. he did this by throwing the water cooler. Albert Belle often showed his dick in public. I'm sure many of you remember when he showed Hannah Storm his dick.

Lol...last night I watched his first at bat in which he grounded out to the pitcher. After getting thrown out at first he took his helmet off and I said to myself, what the **** is that haircut? I was going to post something last night but decided not to.
