obama's senate run by his lap dog harry reid has failed to pass a budget for over 1,000 days for one simple reason:

they can 'baseline' the nearly $1trillion obama slush fund known as the '2009stimulus' into each year's spending resolution, thus keeping that level of looting up so they can fund their various boondoggles and bundler reapyments.

If a budget were proposed, the fact that the '1-time injection' of nearly a trillion of our grandkid's tax dollars was incorporated again and again could be brought up in debate, and expose obama and his merry henchmen's game.

Both you and the lunatics at free republic are dead wrong. If anything were permanent as you claim we wouldn't be seeing budget cuts and layoffs at the state and local level.
