Recommendation for chinese restaurant off 95 with GREAT wonton soup

Will be driving back from NYC on saturday and wanted to pick up some great wontop soup because the wonton soup sucks in the DC area. Any recommendation for a place off 95 up about until where I get onto 895 and then 295 South?

By great wonton soup I mean, flavorful broth, and the wontons have lots of meat in them, and also preferably there are the strips of pork in it as well.

Everything around here is very bland, no meat in the wonton, the broth is like water..

Get off at the White Marsh Blvd exit (43) get in the left hand lane and turn left ant the first light like you are going to the mall and there is a PF Changs right on your right kinda in the mall parking lot.

I'll just stop at dead freddies, their shrimp salad is great.

OK, I will take your word for it. I have only been there a couple of times. When it first opened somebody reved about their chili, like it was the greatest chili on earth.

What I found out was that the chef and this person recommending it had never eaten good chili.
