He didn't have to say that and even if it was said for the benefit of his own players it is still a very different tone than has been used to describe the O's in a long time.
Now this is a hard one, who should I believe, Joe Girardi and my own eyes or weird-O?

The fact that in your own words you said "if this is progress, I don't see it." seems to me, to be a problem that you are having, and as I said in my last post, reading my post to you and watching last nights game and the two previous games in New York, should go a long way towards answering your question for you. This is not rocket science weirdo-O.

yeah... that's not progress. sorry, only feel good little league coaches give out awards for trying your best. at the MLB level, winning is the yardstick by which improvement/progress is measured.
