That arrest was by the numbers. No problem there. Resist arrest and you get sprayed and handcuffed. With or without the knee on the back of the neck. Seriously doubt if any conduct will ever be questioned by anyone except police haters like you. No departmental charges will ever come of this.

Watching the video I also see a text book arrest with a suspect that’s resisting arrest. All he had to do was comply with the officer’s commands. But he resisted and got maced to help him comply with the officer. Great job BCPD….

Michelle thinks it's brutality anytime an officer puts their hands on someone

Sorry, Michelle, this one is going nowhere

But, it was fun to watch....thanks for sharing

    Where's the brutality?

The suspect continued to prevent the officer from moving his hands behind his back -- kept pulling them back a putting them under his face.

Ask these questions.........Did the "beating" continue after the guy was in control and custody? Did the suspect/arrestee comply or resist? Did the officers turn on the people with the cameras and "Mace/Taze/Beat/Shoot/sic K-9 dogs on them..."?

well, maybe he'd be happy if they had no pepper spray to use, then they would have had to just beat him until he stopped resisting, which he clearly was.

The police existing in general is a crime to Mitchum.
