Default Rivera vows to pitch again in 2013

Excellent news. I hope he comes back as dominant as before, and then retires on his own terms. I used to hate the guy, but the likes of his greatness transcends the competition that happens on the field. We're watching a revolutionary pitcher at the end of his career, and he deserves a better ending than the one that has presented itself.

    Good for him.

From the Daily News, made me laugh:

Rivera, who will be a free agent after the season, was asked how he knows the Yankees will want him back.

"They'll want the old goat," he said with a laugh.
