You willing to wait until you're on life support for another O's playoff season ?

Ill ask you the same type of question...why are you here doom and glooming a 18-9 team ?

would you be happier if they were 9-18?

You're right. It makes total sense for a fan to just shut their mouth and be satisfied with 14 years of losing. How dare I voice any displeasure! As for how you managed to enjoy the last 14 years, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe I'm just more competitive than you, but watching losers does not fill me with excitement or enjoyment.

And Matusz deserved every shred of criticism he got. If he continues to pitch well, he won't get criticized. After the debacle last year though, he deserved all of it. And I think even he would tell you that.

Im not telling you anything new that you havent heard from others on here.

as for Matusz you just hate him because of last year and for the rumors about his conditioning true or not

but if you are just saying the samething over and over it gets old

I don't hate Matusz. I hate how he performed last year, and the "rumors" aren't rumors anymore. He came out and said it himself. The last two starts I haven't hated how he pitched. If he keeps that up I'll have nothing to complain about.

Y'know what else gets old? Losing. When you've see nothing but failure out of the local from the ages of 12 to 26, it gets a little bit tiresome.

Premium golf balls, if you'd be so kind.

I'll be very disappointed in a lump of coal of some manner of dookie.

Ye of little faith. Probably another one who was wearing diapers in 1983 the last time we had a world champion team.

Oh, I don't know, maybe the fact that the O's have sucked for the last decade and a half and did little to improve the team over the offseason ?

No, but my sense of equilibrium would be more at peace.

What's wrong with that? I wasn't even born in 1983, so all anyone from my generation and onward has known is failure. You can't blame them for expecting the worst when that's all they've ever seen.

Nothing wrong with it. I just feel sorry for your age group as you have no idea what it was like to root for the Orioles and watch them in their heyday. You actually expected them to win and finish in first place and felt sorry for the crappy teams.

Relative to what, a newborn ?

Yes, you are. And always will be, in my relativity.

    Deal with it.
