Default Jones Mis-Judged That "Double" By Ortiz

I like Adam Jones, but he should have caught that "double" that Ortiz just hit. He mis-judged the ball. He went back as far as he could to the Green Monster and placed his glove up to it to try to leap and backhand it when, in reality had he kept his eye focused on the ball and read it properly he did not even need to press against the wall. The Ball fell short of the wall and thus, he should have caught it. Paul Blair would have easily caught that ball.

    No it didn't.

I don't think AJ is very good fielder, but that's not what happened.

I watched it wice in slow motion on a HD TV and the ball never hit the wall that I could see unless it hit way up higher than the camera view presented.

Ball hit well over Adam's head. If anything he misjudged that it was catch-able.

At least that's what I saw.

Paul Blair is 68 years old. He wouldn't have caught it.

No way Jones catches that, it hit like over 10 feet up the wall.

You still have that big-*** wide screen 81-incher, old19fan? You know, the one you used to watch your boy, Kyle Boller?
