If becoming an epidemic ewre the standard for giving hate crime protections, then black on black and drug related crimes should be treated as hate crimes.

"hate" crimes against protected groups are incredibly rare, unlike the daily black on black crime.

If hate crime laws are supposed to deter crimes, then why not make black on black hate crimes since those are the ones that actually have a desperate need to get reduced?
