    Default Ravens sign J Jones

At least that's what his old teammate B Pollard is saying on Twitter. Say what you want about the guy, he's an upgrade as a #3 WR

2 quality signings in 3 days. As I predicted, Ozzie loves to wait until after the draft to use Free agency. Look for more guys to be signed in June and July.

This is a good signing, he's a good #3 option at WR and helps in the return game, by the way Moon nice avatar.

Ravens sign Pollard to 3 year deal. Probably a cap friendly deal to fit Jones in.

I think David Reed will be gone by the start of the season.

Inconsistent as a receiver. Hopefully he will be our primary kickoff / punt returner.

Methinks you should be scrambling to recoupe your vacation days in October that you....uh....dubiously reserved for the MLB playoffs.

Methinks you should be a man and accept the bet - you said "ANYTIME ANYWHERE BRING IT" yet you continue to run away like a little girl.

The taking off work thing was what some would call a joke.

Jones is getting 3.5 million a year. At best he had inconsistent hands with Houston. I think I would have rather brought back Evans at 1.5 mil like Jacksonville did and spent the money trying to upgragde the O-line. Raven's haven't had great success signing FA wr's that other teams didn't want. Jones is fast, but if he can't hold onto the ball it just wastes a down. But we'll see. Can't really judge until the results on the field are in.

Lee Evans is 31, on the decline, doesn't offer anything on special teams, has suffered injuries in each of the last two years and is 5'10. Jacoby Jones is 27, has some upside, can help the offense and special teams, fast and is 6'2.

I'm sure he's getting the minimum with his signing bonus spread out over the 2 years. Ravens also confirm that Pollard re-signing allowed Jones to fit under cap and still leave us room to add players. McBean and Jones the last 2 days, look for more come June and July and don't be surprised if we cut a guy or 2.

Why do all of you continue to feed the Troll? Starve it of attention and it will eventually go elsewhere.
