So? What's that have to do with your opinion of someone else?

And while I have met and often disagree with Sprightly, I would not describe her in the manner you did.

You are normally a very nasty person on these boards, but this evening you are being particularly spiteful, what is your problem, or are you just trying to get yourself banned?

Thank you for the understanding. To me straight means drawing a line which I cannot do without a ruler.

Was my (admittedly uncaring) description of Sprightly untrue ?

She's pretty damn smart on occasion. And also a dried up old crone.

    Your point being... ?

Sprighty, is a very attractive woman and far from being a dried up old crone. I don't understand the need to be so nasty.

    Of course you don't.

Is Sprightly capable of producing offspring at this moment ?

If not, well, I got it right...

I am tracking all candidates except for Romeny and Obama (they are out; no need to track them) but am not totally sold on any of them. We'll see what happens as the election cycle continues.

    Sprightly -

I apologize for the remark in question if it particularly offended you.

I hope it didn't, and that you grasped my real intention.

Men and women are different. Yes ?

I am impervious to your nasty comments. The only people capable of hurting my feelings are people who know me. People I care about. Yes. Men and women are different. While women become infertile at some point in life -- some earlier than others -- men get an enlarged prostate, low hanging testicles, suffer with erectile dysfunction and have get up to pee through the night. Not a very pretty sight for sure.

All things being equal, I would rather be the woman that I am.

    Good for you !

As an fyi, I'm about your age and suffer from none of those elder male dysfunctions. I hope you're happy for me.

My point being, and I hope you have my back on this: men and women are different. I.E. not the same.

Equal under the law, but not the same.

Of that, I have no doubt.

But for me, that will probably occur 20 years after I'm dead.

Hell, that girly limey Byng was still producing offspring in his late 50's. So I figure I'm good well beyond that.

I didn't say that your swimmers will all die. I'm just sayng that they may have to be extracted in a less than romantic manner since you may not be able to get them out on your own.
