Default Crabs- any problems getting them?

Well its May and officially crab season but the place I usually get them from (Seaside in Glen Burnie) seems disorganized to be polite. Over the last 2 weekend I've called for orders and the biggest size they have are $33 for males. (Normally the mediums and larges around $50-75 a dozen) Today they had NOTHING. I know they get them for Louisiana but they claim "there are weather problem". They line seems very questionable to be polite. Sounds like a distributor issue.

Anyone else out there have issues getting crabs so far?

The distributor is in house. Part of the family.

Maybe you are ordering them to late?
