With Betemit and Davis taking the field, I put the over/under for team errors at 2.5.

Is there any way Hunter allows less than 5 Runs?

Hunter has been a bit of a mystery this year. Not so much from start to start, but within the start itself. The guy could be lights out for 2-3 innnings, then appear to lose it all. That said, I've never expected him to be much more than a back end of the rotation pitcher, with durability/inning eating as perhaps his greatest quality.

Hunter's gonna go 6.1 IP and give up 6 runs but only 4 earned. Meanwhile the O's are going to score 8.

Word on KC pitcher is raw but great stuff. Hopefully he's wild tonight or we're in trouble

Agree with this. After the trade for him last year, I saw him a few times when he looked great for a short stretch and thought he might develop into something more than a 5th starter or long reliever. I am starting to think that may have been optimistic, though.

    O's 7-4 over K.C. tonight.

Beating Sabathia last night was the biggest win of the season. That guy has just owned us in the past, and beating him has to be huge for the team from a psychological standpoint.

Of course, today is the first day he is no longer on my Yahoo Fantasy team. He will start a new hot streak.

we have seen this movie before.... like from 2010. We need a lead off hitter and a good glove in LF more than we need Reimold. Even when he is healthy Avery is gonna take a huge piece of his pie, Reimold providing he doesnt go into a big funk will be a part time LF/DH to get his at bats.

Of course Avery will have to keep getting on base to make this scenario work but he looks the part and he gives us a weapon at the top of the order

I want to hit Jim Hunter everytime he uses the word "ribys" for RBIs. This isn't little league, Jim.

Dammit Davis, you managed to lay off that pitch several times earlier in the at bat.

^ I saw that, Kuroda getting lit up. Now if Tampa can just bash Buchholz around...

Avery's speed is making a difference on this team. He's giving this offense a new dimension and putting pressure on the opposing D.
